Popular uses for our tubing include Peristaltic pumps, aspirating, suction, infusion, anesthetic machine circuits, food manufacturing and processing, laboratory and scientific equipment to name a few. Harkesh tubing is made from 100% medical grade silicone elastomer. Our Transparent Silicone Tubes are environmentally friendly and unlike its plastic alternatives, releases no toxic fumes when disposed of by incineration.

Differentiating Features:
Our tubing is translucent (also available in colours upon request) and is supplied in individually sealed and packaged 15 metre coils. Bulk packaging can also be arranged. We have 22 different sizes of tube that are available off the shelf. Our tubing is an F.D.A. approved material which is odourless, tasteless and non-toxic. It is resistant to attack by a wide range of chemicals and solvents. Our staffs is available for service and advice on any application. The product is extremely flexible and has excellent memory characteristics

Inflatable Seals (FBD Gasket)

Inflatable Rubber Seals are made from high strength FDA approved Transparent Silicone Rubber. The inflatable gaskets, rubber inflatable gaskets comply to class 21 CRF 177.2600.

Application:
Inflatable seals provide a solution where the risk of fabric contamination is not acceptable.
o Oven door seals
o Fluid bed dryer
o Sterilizer
o Fluid bed processor

Operation:
Inflatable seals are manufactured in a relaxed / deflated position like cycle tubes. When air pressure is applied the seal either expands or rises up to meet the sealing surface. When the pressure is released, the seal returns to its relaxed position. All seals are supplied with a one way inflation assembly.

Advantages:
o It provides a Leak Proof closure, yet allows clearance when needed.
o It simplifies the design of the structure & hardware.
o It minimizes the need of close matching and fabricating tolerance.
o It is not subject to compression set which negates effectiveness of other seals.
o Harkesh inflatable seal has very good inflation and deflation property on joint & nozzle.
o Size of the seal is very accurate with a tolerance of ±2% & can withstand 4 kg/cm² pressures.
o Harkesh inflatable seals are uniform, so there is very less chance of bursting at recommended pressure.
o Leak proof property at joint & nozzle
