 | O-rings All standard o-ring sizes (imperial and metric) are available. Custom o-rings are available in standard cross-sections (imperial and metric) to any length or ID. They will be molded or spliced using vulcanizing or adhesive depending upon application. We can also supply encapsulated o-rings where one material is covered with a continuous layer of another material.

O Ring Kits NBR 70 and NBR 90 are the Imperial (AS Standard) and Metric Sizes.
o Automotive Air Condition Kit. This O Ring Kit HNBR 70 is used in R12 or R134 a refrigerant for car's air conditioning system which is compatible with DENSO, CAR SONIC, SANDEN and ZEXEL Compressor types.

Diaphragm We specialize in manufacturing rubber diaphragms for the Gas industry. We have supplied more than 15,00,000 sets to Kosan.
We manufacture high quality diaphragms that are used in various industrial applications as an isolator of different enclosures. Usually, these diaphragms are used in pumps, valves, regulators, accumulators,actuators etc. Our wide range of diaphragms is fabricated using superior quality materials so that they effectively work in different working environments. Diaphragms are usual fabric reinforced and used with air or fluid media.

Usage:
Diaphragms are widely used in industries like chemical, food processing, pharmaceutical, beverages, etc. The main function of the diaphragms is used to protect the process fluids from the pressure sensor.
We have also developed special thin wall diaphragms for actuator applications, these diaphragms have critical sealing requirements and are manufactured within a tolerance of ±0.001 inches (or ±0.02 mm). This level of accuracy is something which very few can deliver in the industry.

| Oil Seals We provide finest quality Oil Rubber Seals which when mounted correctly, can withstand a large amount of pressure. These can be used in hydraulic cylinders to prevent hydraulic fluid leakage and allows the system to withstand the pressures developed during operations.

Heat Exchanger Gaskets We manufacture and supply a wide range of best quality PHE gaskets. Our gaskets are available in various sizes and shapes that meet the stringent requirements of several industries. These gaskets are made of high grade materials that are highly compressible. We manufacture PHE gaskets with standard as well as customized specifications.
Raw Materials:
Our gaskets are most commonly manufactured in Nitrile, EPDM, Viton and HNBR rubber. We can also use other materials as per the client’s requirements.
Application:
Plate heat exchangers are well-sealed using these gaskets to prevent fluids escape and fill any irregularities. These are also used to prevent any leakage under compression.

| Quad Rings Quad Ring Seals are four lipped seals with a specially developed sealing profile. A wide range of elastomer materials for both standard and special applications allows practically all liquid and gaseous media to be sealed.
Advantage:
Quad Rings/X-Rings have the following advantages compared to an Oring:
o Avoids twisting in the groove. Due to its special profile, the seal does not tend to roll in the groove during reciprocating movement.
o Low friction.
o Very good sealing efficiency. Due to an improved pressure profile over Quad Ring Seal cross-section, a high sealing effect is achieved.
o A lubricant reservoir formed between the sealing lips improves start up.
o Unlike an O-Ring, the mould line flash lies in the trough, between and away from the critical sealing lips. |
